Description
A round faced head with gaping jaws appears on either side of this fascinating pot. On one side the head is inverted, as if staring at the heavens while his twin looks to earth. In spite of their frightening appearance, these faces do not seem malevolent, but rather like guardian spirits who keep the true evil at bay. - (PF.0718)
