Description |
This splendid little figure was once clothed in a
brightly striped coat of red, yellow, and black. So
intense is he in his thoughts that he seems not to
have noticed that his time underground has
darkened the lively hues. "It doesn't matter," he
seems to suggest, "all is vanity anyway. Only the
world of the spirit remains."
