Of characteristic form, with walnut wood
stock, inlaid with silver wire curlicues, and
mounts of sliver with stands of arms and
Ottoman emblems. The flintlock
mechanism and the barrel overlaid in gold
with floral and vinework motifs.
Such holster pistols are known as kubur
and they are very characteristic of the early
19th century.
