Large white overlapping circles are connected by smaller circles in black and brown. This creates a square in the center of each white circle, with the result of a floral arrangement of joined ovals. This interesting pattern gives the impression of two layers, one transposed over the other; with perspective further increased by the use of short V-shaped slashes in the center of some squares and five small dots in the others. Though complex in design the result is beautifully pleasing, encouraging the eyes to wander about the patterns in a continuous flowing motion.
