Description

This large, Bronze Age terracotta jug features a small handle on the side with a slender neck and spouted opening at the top. The jug itself is impressive in size and features painted decorations along the body of the vessel. A large jug like this would have likely once held an offering of wine or oil. - (PH.0303)
